WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

We are seeking a People Operations Analyst and HRIS Systems Administrator to help fuel Qualia’s next phase of rapid growth. You will join Qualia’s growing People Operations team (at Qualia Human Resources is known as the People Team, People Operations, or POPs as we like to call it) and play a fundamental role supporting the company’s success by serving as the primary person responsible for People Operations analytics, People Ops systems administration, and data integrity and reporting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage backend employee lifecycle process from new hire onboarding, to pay changes and promotions, to leaves and exit
  • Serve as Systems Administrator for all People Operations systems at a senior level, including  system/process enhancements, policies, and reporting cadences. (Current systems include ADP WFN, Lattice, Lessonly, Greenhouse.)
  • Support and troubleshoot systems and technical issues, including data integrity, configuration, integration-related activities, policies, etc.
  • Design, implement, and maintain best practices for data security and integrity in our people systems by regularly analyzing and auditing data based on leading practices
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the HRIS system, respond to internal data inquiries, and educate team members, employees, and managers on system usage
  • Serve as a primary resource for any technology integrations relating to HRIS systems, and act as the primary point of contact and collaboration with IT, Finance, Payroll, insurance brokers and benefits carriers, and other team stakeholders
  • Develop reports and scalable dashboards for data analysis and trend reporting for executives, people leaders and management teams  

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 7+ years of HR systems experience, preferably in technology and start-up environments
  • 3+ years of hands-on configuration and administrator level experience in ADP WFN
  • Project Management, cross-functional team collaboration, and vendor management experience
  • Experience with contemporary People Operations systems data integrations (i.e. performance management systems, employee engagement survey systems, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems etc.) 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and create order where needed
  • Detail-oriented team player with the ability to work independently and manage confidential information in a professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking)
