We are excited to welcome an experienced POS Integration Specialist to our Software Integrations team in Austin, TX! In this role, you will work closely with development and support teams ensuring customers receive appropriate support and communication when they are having integration issues. This is an amazing entry-level opportunity for someone with accounting experience looking to blaze a path in the software world!
How you'll value:
- Master Point of Sale (POS) integration features and tools
- Review open integration support tickets
- Assist in troubleshooting problems and communication between customer and Integration Support team
- Ensure integration support tickets are responded to in a timely, meaningful, and consistent manner
- Validate data integrated into the R365 software - work to correct any discrepancies either individually or with the help of the team
- Act as a liaison between Implementation Consultants and Integrations team
- Assist Implementation team with new customer integration setup
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Accounting knowledge/experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
- Customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communication
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organization
- Strong ability to problem-solve
- Tech-savvy (any coding experience is a HUGE plus!!)
- Restaurant industry experience preferred
