WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Follow up and create urgency with state licensing medical boards & Medicaid agencies by making follow-up calls and sending emails to confirm application status and expected completion
• Process requested documentation needed to complete licensure
• Continuously update tracker to communicate application status and expected completion
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for productivity, performance, and provider satisfaction
• Assist in completing Enrollment applications on behalf of providersAssist in spreadsheet organization and quality to ensure reporting is current 
• Other enrollment and licensing activities as assigned by the team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum of 3-5+ years work experience within medical licensing or medical staff credentialing is required
• Knowledge of state licensing processes and requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, keen attention to detail and follow-up skills 
• Highly resourceful self-learner, with the ability to operate effectively independently
• Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Willingness to pitch in and assist with other projects and share responsibilities, as needed
