What you’ll be called: Regional Operations Manager (ROM)

Where you’ll work: Southwest Region—Tempe, AZ

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) will support the Regional Director in ensuring all offices within the region are implementing Keller Williams’ proprietary systems, models, and tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain all Keller Williams systems, models and tools and train office leadership on all Keller Williams systems, models and tools.
  • Develop and implement a world-class (and profitable) training program for the Southwest Region, using Keller Williams systems, models and tools to determine training needs, create training calendar and coordinate all event logistics.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Director, including scheduling appointments, maintaining recruitment database and coordinating all travel logistics.
  • Provide recruitment support to the Regional Director, including follow up, candidate screening, scheduling and presentation assistance.
  • Research and strategize with Regional Director to determine opportunities for increased growth and profitability.
  • Execute the day-to-day activities of the regional office, including handling all inquiries/complaints, updating the operations manual, and facilitating the purchase, installation and maintenance of all office equipment and related software.
  • Oversee and coordinate regional office financials including office budgets and variances, monthly regional reports, credit card and event reconciliations, monthly financial reviews and transmittal support.
  • Provide marketing and communications support, including brochures, flyers, social media, newsletters, and press releases via mail, email, fax and voicemail.
  • Attend KWRI events as directed by Regional Director.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two or more years of financial analysis and bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
  • Three or more years of financial analysis experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Real estate experience.
