Remote Customer Generation Executive
The role:
As a Customer Generation Executive, you will be responsible for calling prospective customers- or as we call them ‘prospects.’ We do not cold call as all prospects have given us their information on one of our websites, we simply call them to confirm their details and book an appointment with our client.
You will build rapport over the telephone with ease, empathise with our prospects situation and record all necessary details quickly and concisely. You will find a mutually convenient time and book them in for an appointment with our clients. You will also be speaking to individuals who are hard of hearing so empathy and patience are really important.
About you:
You will have
- Worked in a sales or customer service role, preferably on the telephone, where you have been responsible for speaking to a high volume of customers.
- Experience of databases or CRM systems. If you have worked with booking software, this would be a definite plus! We use bespoke systems so we will give you all of the tools and training you need to be successful.
What’s on offer:
This role is offered on a 3 month fixed term contract working 20 hours per week across 5 days Monday to Friday across the hours of 9am till 5pm.
You will be paid at an hourly rate of £9.90 plus bonuses based on your performance.
