Sales & Business Operations Manager 

We started a company with the goal of simplifying the home selling and buying processes, helping to save money on agent fees, and using our success to build homes for the needy across the globe. To continue doing so, REX is looking for a process- and data-driven, tech-savvy operations manager. This role will report to the VP of Sales Operations and will work to drive process and operational efficiencies, streamlining the coordination between sales, sales operations and each of our services teams (mortgage, insurance, title, escrow, moving, storage, etc.). This position will be based out of our Austin, TX Headquarter.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Accountable for services attachment rates and achieving quarterly goals by partnering closely with sales & services team leadership - understand and help them craft the processes that will enable their teams to achieve those goals
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales/sales operations team and the services teams - enable synergy amongst these teams through developing standard operating procedures and communication channels, as well as carrying out ongoing training of feature additions and process changes
  • Drive sales enablement for services teams through Salesforce workflows and reinforcement 
  • Assist with performance management for services teams; run and analyze reports on performance, communicate how teams are tracking towards key KPIs and uncover key insights that will drive the business forward
  • Help services teams operationalize plans to manage execution within their teams
  • Work with other sales and other business operations leaders on both monthly and annual goal setting and planning processes to ensure teams are tracking to company growth plan 
  • Establish yourself as a cross-functional resource to identify, design and implement business processes that increase productivity and remove bottlenecks

What You Need:

  • A passion for streamlining teams, operations, and processes
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and drive change across cross-functional teams
  • Proven record of analyzing processes and workflows in order to 1) identify improvements and efficiencies, and 2) to define automation requirements for product/engineering support
  • The ability to turn ideas into realities via actionable plans and execution with KPIs tied to them
  • A love for numbers and the ability to uncover key insights in large data sets 
  • Previous experience with data entry, workflows, and reporting in Salesforce or another similar CRM 
  • Experience working in a sales environment - preferably at a fast-growing startup 
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance or a related field
