As our Operations and Enablement leader you will be a key contributor across all departments. You will be the core go-to and executor of top of the funnel logistics, lead distribution, intraday reporting, training, MBO calculations and more. You will be dynamic and creative, and willing to take on any challenge and make a big impact. You must have the ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine best practices.

This is not a remote position. You will be reporting directly into, and work closely with, our Head of Sales Operations based in our downtown Austin office.

What you will do!

  • Act as the system administrator lead on the CRM platform (QuickBase)

  • Perform end-user administration tasks, providing first-line support and troubleshooting on third-party tools, e.g. Gong, Outreach, Intercom

  • Create sales collateral and partner with the other departments to have consistent, effective and engaging conversations with potential borrowers and partners

  • Monitor, manage and drive top of the funnel lead distribution to ensure sales teams have a balanced load

  • Work closely with users and product engineers to leverage and ensure sales tools are optimally configured and utilized  

  • Work with the entire organization as a technology champion; train staff to ensure systems used are universally understood by new and existing users; helps systems to grow and evolve

  • Create, modify and own reporting and KPI metric dashboards in the CRM

  • Manage and participate in the maintenance of data within and across our systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability, while providing internal stakeholders with insights to guide tactical and strategic decisions

  • Coordinate with the Product Marketing teams on optimizing content and training to educate Sales to accelerate deal cycles; examples may include bank box cheat sheets, scripts, case studies, battlecards, product messaging and collateral, quizzes, presentations and other applicable content platforms

  • Ensure that sales, Loan Operations, and Partner teams are cohesively aligned on priorities to create learning strategies around key products and initiatives

  • Own and maintain the Sales Playbook Portal with the goal of it being the single source of truth regarding company history, product descriptions, overviews, resources, training, certification programs and more

  • Work with sales leaders to objectively calculate and own MBO calculations and payouts for commissioned staff

  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills - ability to understand and interpret data within the context of the business - solve problems and distill data into actionable recommendations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a pleasant, supportive, and customer-focused personality and the ability to work across all levels in an organization

  • Ability to develop strong partnership with business stakeholders across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and work well with all levels of management but also able to work independently to resolve issues

  • Experience with relational databases, structured data, data management, transformation, cleaning, de-duplication and supporting toolsets

  • Ability to consider the end-to-end process and advise on downstream effects of changes

  • Experience with a ticket/task tracking system (JIRA) a plus

Experience / Education / Background

  • 2+ years experience in a sales operations function AND/OR enablement experience in a fast changing environment

  • Operational experience in measuring and improving training effectiveness, program design, productivity, utilization, and scaling initiatives

  • Deep familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software and other sales-based SaaS solutions designed to enhance the efficacy of sales. CRM Admin / workflow buildout experience required (SFDC or QuickBase Certification a plus)

  • Notable experience with developing effective sales training programs and onboarding projects

  • Passion for process optimization, research & content strategy, playbook creation and messaging improvement

  • Project management experience working cross-functionally within large teams

  • Portfolio with work examples (e.g. training decks, e-learning samples)

  • Project Management experience preferred

  • Direct, B2B, FinTech, SaaS, or telesales experience preferred

  • Firm experience with building boolean logic, advanced excel and/or Tableau
