Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, career-minded Sales Support Coordinator to support a senior VP in our Austin office. The ideal candidate would keep the team organized and productive. The position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, be a great communicator, enjoying challenging work environment and be an excellent multi-tasker, in order to support the VP on a daily basis.
What you'll do:
- Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements
- Edit and proofread memos, emails, presentations and report
- Effectively organize and schedule work projects to meet deadlines
- Screen calls, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings and events
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
- Work on miscellaneous projects for Senior Management Team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Can handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
- Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
