Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, career-minded Sales Support Coordinator to support a senior VP in our Austin office. The ideal candidate would keep the team organized and productive. The position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, be a great communicator, enjoying challenging work environment and be an excellent multi-tasker, in order to support the VP on a daily basis.

What you'll do:

  • Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements
  • Edit and proofread memos, emails, presentations and report
  • Effectively organize and schedule work projects to meet deadlines
  • Screen calls, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings and events
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
  • Work on miscellaneous projects for Senior Management Team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Can handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Must be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
