Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to take our highly utilized, highly customized Salesforce implementation to the next level. The ideal candidate blends Salesforce savviness, relationship skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. This job will be very hands-on with minimizing a backlog of tickets and working collaboratively with a well-established team.
If you were working for us today you would have already:
- Worked as part of a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, power-users and citizen developers to tackle business challenges with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem of applications
- Partnered with stakeholders in the business to ensure that our tools are on the leading edge of innovation and ahead of our competition
- Built relationships across the company, from supporting front-line Sales and Support team members to collaborating with developers
- Driven platform adoption and lead training efforts for new features/releases
- Balanced day-to-day user support with leading longer-term projects
- Interpreted business requirements into designs, with a focus on scalable solutions that are managed by the business rather than administrators and developers
- Responsible for ensuring all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
You may be a fit for our team if you have:
- 5+ years' experience in a Salesforce administration or development
- Strong experience with Sales and Service clouds
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud or the new Lightning user experience a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- The drive to get things done and stay composed
It would be great if you had:
- Salesforce Certification(s)
