Salesforce Business Analyst

These teams consist of new business sales account executives, post-sales professionals, sales enablement, and sales operations that ensure our customers are set up for success through the entire customer journey.
RigUp is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst that will be responsible for supporting existing and new Verticals as the company migrates to Salesforce. Your role will be supporting Stakeholders to identify requirements and project scope across verticals, understand solutions design, to ensure all data to accelerate Sales reporting and efficiencies.
What you'll do:
- Gather Business Requirements and understand what data capture is needed in Salesforce to drive actionable insights
- Analyze and develop sales operations policies and procedures aligned with Strategy & Plannings long term vision
- Work in the field with sales representatives to identify opportunities for improvement
- Own and maintain Salesforce reporting and designs new reports as needed - participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new sales technology, fields or data capture within Salesforce
- Responsible for cross-departmental collaboration on data migrations and CRM needs
- Align with Sales Enablement on training gaps and needs
- Ensure everyday tasks, data input, and goals are aligned with the company strategy
- Support the team tactically day-to-day
- Work collaboratively across functional teams to develop and advance sophisticated, quantitative analysis, translating internal and external data into actionable insights.
What you should have:
- 3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Operations
- 3+ years working in Salesforce - experience creating fields, reports, dashboards, email alerts, and validation rules is required
- Experience collecting and analyzing data across multiple systems to map and format for Salesforce uploads
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into systems and process requirements
- Results-driven self-starter with the ability to multitask with a can-do attitude and growth mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly proficient in Excel and be able to create and troubleshoot complex spreadsheets
- Balance attention-to-detail with swift execution
