What You'll Do:
The Salesforce Specialist will assist in the ongoing development of our salesforce.com deployment. The specialist will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Specialist will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. That includes but is not limited to: Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Security/Role Settings, Lightning Components, 3rd Party Integration Management, and Production Support.
What You'll Need:
- 1+ year of experience working with a CRM
- Bachelor's degree
- Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud certifications preferred
- Ability to assess the downstream impact of changes in CRM
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of CRM functionality
