Position Summary

Our growing Cyber Security Company is hiring for a SAP Platform Architect to help us evolve our SAP S4 Hana platform and identify key areas to accelerate revenue and scale the business efficiently for rapid growth. This position will be a member of the SAP COE, reporting to COE Leader. The candidate will lead the enhancement and project work to automate manual effort Forcepoint Business back office. Typical activity may include working closely with Cross Functional IT Peers and Forcepoint Backoffice Business Partners in gathering requirements and providing Standard Simple Robust SAP Solutions. The candidate will also lead our Support efforts towards IT process and administrative improvement opportunities. IT Platform Architect provides guidance to departmental and divisional business/technical management on IT strategies and initiatives. This position will be based in Austin, Texas.

Essential Functions

* Serves as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with most SAP S4 Hana Suite Applications i.e. – FICO, SD, MM, BPC etc.

* Skilled in all SAP FICO, SD, MM configuration objects (including but not limited to chart of accounts with reconciliation, journal entries, month end processing, budgets and forecasting, profit center accounting, financial and management reporting, cost controlling, costing, profitability reporting, fixed assets, taxes and integration with all other SAP modules (SD, MM, BPC and PS)

* Support the identification of opportunities to standardize processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance across all implementation to these standards.

* Working knowledge of Ariba and how it’s integrated with S4 Hana back end system

* After the implementation, lead and support project initiatives to expand the usage of the SAP solution to improve and expand SAP processes across the enterprise.

* Expert in all aspects of SAP Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support.

* Understanding the role and importance of new SAP technologies improving user experience i.e Fiori and SAP Screen Personas

* Experienced in complex implementations that include custom solutions around SAP (user exits, enhancements, customer programs)

* Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices

* Open to learn and stays up to date on next generation applications in SAP ecosystem

Desired Education, Experience and Skills

REQUIRED:

* Minimum of seven years’ experience in Information Technology

* Deep understanding of integrating systems via middleware

* Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or related discipline is required; Master’s Degree is preferred
