Senior Associate, Transaction Support

The focus of a Senior Associate, Transaction Support is Broker support, compliance review, contract management, and assisting internal and external customers with real estate concerns. The more Real Estate contractual and administrative knowledge, the better. This position is primarily a back-office support position.
Responsibilities:
General Administrative: Emails and correspondence, General troubleshooting, excel reporting, and ability to streamline processes.
Team Coordination- Interact and be a liaison between various team members, Realtors, Title Companies, internal and external customers as well as members of the executive staff.
Contract Writing and Transaction Management: Candidates should be able to write first drafts of Real Estate Contracts, collect and process documents, and set up documents for electronic signature.
General Technological Proficiency: Importantly, the candidate must be comfortable with problem-solving in various software and hardware platforms, including PC platforms, but also Adobe. Front and Microsoft Office Suites. Familiarity with or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platforms is preferred, but not mandatory.
Requirements:
Prior Real Estate Management-Level Administrative, Transaction Coordinator, Sales or Executive Assistant Experience.
Active Arizona Real Estate License minimum 12 months preferred
Experience with ARMLS, Transaction Desk, Zipforms, as well as other electronic document signing programs/software (i.e: DocuSign, HelloSign, etc.)
Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and writing skills
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Detail-oriented, organized, and require minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Must be willing to work some weekends and evenings.
