Restore is looking for a Senior Director, Brand to drive business impact by leading Restore’s brand communications across touchpoints. Reporting to Restore’s Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Director, Brand will lead creative, content, campaigns and activations that elevate Restore’s cultural visibility and relevance. You will be a strategic and creative thought leader that partners and collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to achieve Restore’s growth plans.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Be the strategic filter for the brand. Ensure all marketing communications are grounded in the brand positioning, messaging, voice and visual style
• Lead the brand architecture. Define positioning, messaging, pricing and packaging for products/modalities, rationalizing how they fit into Restore’s portfolio and customer experience
• Own the brand guidelines. Maintain an organization-wide set of brand guidelines, regularly orienting new colleagues and franchisees to these guidelines, and implementing efficient brand governance processes
• Drive brand strategy and experience. Develop campaigns, influencer partnerships, endorsements, events and activations that elevate Restore’s brand and delivers it to consumers across touchpoints
• Build a world-class internal creative agency. Drive concepting and execution of campaigns, initiatives and creative work that delivers business impact and WOW-factor. Lead, develop, and inspire an internal team of high-performing creatives
• Build a world-class brand-as-publisher operation. Lead the development of Restore’s content marketing strategy, including its Hyper Wellness lifestyle publication and multimedia content (podcast, video series, etc.)
• Manage vendors and partners. Manage external contractors and freelance teams against a variety of projects to support the creative agency and content operation
• Plan national marketing calendar. Plan and lead the execution of Restore’s national marketing calendar, including monthly promotions
• Deliver go-to-market plans. Plan and spearhead the execution of high-impact go-to-market plans for corporate campaigns, including new product/modality launches
• Develop and champion consumer insights. Develop ongoing consumer and market research program to ensure Restore is ahead of trends and maximizes its relevance and value proposition

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 12+ years experience of relevant creative and brand experience
• Minimum 8+ years experience in leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing creative teams
• Demonstrable portfolio of high-impact brand creative and campaign work
• Success influencing and managing stakeholders across the organization to get alignment on initiatives and execute work on time and budget
• Experience pitching and communicating creative work and its connection to the business to C-level executives
