Real Chemistry is seeking a Director, Analytics to join our Integrated Intelligence (I2) team. We’re a team of experts united by an uncommon bond, delivering impact at the speed of innovation. As a Director, Analytics you will lead high-priority analytics initiatives for healthcare clients in collaboration with the I2 team of 120+ analytics experts and with colleagues across other disciplines (communications, marketing) and paid / owned / earned and shared media activations teams. You’ll explore and uncover business needs, leveraging innovative analyses, the latest technology and your natural curiosity to turn critical insights into action for clients. 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Confidently work independently and collaboratively within a large client or analytics team. Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality work in several different client situations. Can develop novel methodologies for approaching client problems when appropriate.

  • A passion for telling stories fueled by data and insights. A natural leader that people rally around -- excited to grow people and celebrate their achievements. Standard for delivering value and motivation to make a positive impact.

  • Takes leadership role in new and organic business development. Contributes to analytics strategy for pitches and attends agency pitches. Develops complex scopes and proposals. Represents analytics in pitches.

  • Motivate and develop I2 team members into strong researchers and collaborative contributors to the overall practice. 

What you'll bring:

  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the marketing communications landscape including audiences, datasets, clients, regulatory issues, technologies, etc. Deep experience with a variety of client relationships. Strong pulse on day to day hot topics.

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience with majority in at least one of the following areas: healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing/PR/advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, primary/syndicated research, or account management. 5-7 years of team management, including career development and project leadership.
