Senior Manager, Business Applications

Work with leaders of our diverse business units to develop, create, and modify business applications. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Responsible for delivering key business system functionality while overseeing and executing on a product roadmap for our Salesforce platform and ecosystem. Evaluate and implement new technology on the Salesforce platform while advocating for process and solutions that deliver continuous improvement and implement best practices. Drive high standards around data quality and security, as well as helping maintain compliance for SOX and regular security audits. Collaborate with the Project Manger to perform Sprint activities for the delivery of new functionality. Oversee a high-performing, global team of developers, architects and administrators. Assist in planning the budget for the Bizapps team and work with application vendors & Salesforce development partners. Build reports and scorecards to ensure our system’s health and manage the alert and escalation process.
Educ./experience: Requires Master of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or foreign equivalent plus 2 years of progressively-responsible experience in a managerial position within the software development field. Experience must include business software applications and systems development, testing, and integration using AngularJS, ReactJS, Salesforce, ActiveMQ, Java, Saltstack, ActiveMQ, Python, Artifactory, and Terraform.
