Job description

We're looking for an experienced leader to mature our global leadership and development program for our global Customer Success Services (CSS) organization. We’re defining and building a team focused on the development of every employee and leader within CSS. In this role, you lead our growing team of learning specialists and partner with our Operations team globally to ensure excellent learning experiences for our team from their first day on the job onward, as they grow in their careers to their fullest potential, developing in ways they could not elsewhere.

You value high-quality work with attention to detail and have a track record of delivering it. You combine curiosity, judgment, and drive, and like asking "why" to unravel a seemingly complex problem and get to the root cause. You cultivate partnerships with people at all levels inside and outside the organization to gather insights, determine solutions, and marshal support to move forward to positively impact business outcomes.

You love collaborating, and you’re quick to ask questions, address issues, and give praise. When you encounter a problem you come up with multiple solutions, weigh the tradeoffs and efforts, identify the best path forward, and exercise good judgment to drive ahead. You have experience in change management and turning information and questions into action. You can quickly learn and be impactful in new areas to keep pace with our rapid growth and evolution. You can take an ambiguous assignment and deliver value quickly. You employ multiple tools, methods, and techniques to get things done.

Some example responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and delivery of CSS learning and development, including high-impact new hire and ongoing learning pathways and product and technology changes, spanning multiple geographies and audiences
  • Grow, manage, and develop the CSS learning and development team
  • Define and iterate on training processes to support scale and rapid growth
  • Translate business needs into efficient, engaging, and ongoing training programs
  • Design, implement, and track metrics to measure the impact of learning interventions worldwide

On day one, we will expect you to have the following experience:

  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Strong training experience within a technical organization
  • Experience building and owning a training program at scale
  • Ability to establish and evolve an overall training strategy and prioritize resource allocations to drive rapid value-delivery in a dynamic environment
