We are looking for an experienced operations executive, with a track record of exceeding performance expectations, to lead our Operations Team.

What is the opportunity?

• Scale. Build the infrastructure to empower the company’s next phase of growth, including designing and implementing the organizational strategy, systems, and processes needed to efficiently acquire and retain customers.

• Develop lending platform and Customer Trust team to maximize loan applications approved at low cost and optimize customer response turnaround times and satisfaction.

• Scope and lead creation of companywide dashboards and data structures to empower data-driven decision making by all teams.

• Lead product development for new loan, platform, and service offerings, from strategic concept through implementation.

• Oversee quality assurance to ensure company works only with those schools that can deliver career-transformative training to students. 

• Devise scalable people operations strategy to recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high performers who are motivated by our mission of providing pathways to prosperity for students.

• Manage annual and quarterly operational planning to achieve strategic milestones and deploy accountability mechanisms across company to ensure team executes on goals.

• This high impact position will be a member of the senior management team with significant leadership responsibilities and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

6. Functional knowledge of consumer finance a plus
