Services Operations Specialist
Overview
As Operations Specialists for the SSG Services teams, you will own the established processes that keep the professional and tailored services departments running smoothly. We are looking for a detailed oriented, service - focused individual who will support our services leadership in administrative duties with precision and efficiency. We are looking for someone with who is comfortable following technical processes and learning new technical skills as t here is a technical component of the role, working within Salesforce to maintain data quality, for which you will be trained.
What You'll Do
- Aid the t ransition of project s from sales to services by creating project records in our professional services automation system with diligent attention to detail
- Review custom quotes and statements of work for completeness and accuracy according to established guidelines
- Oversee timecard entry and weekly reporting on timecard - based metrics , ensur ing compliance and timely processing
- Own data quality for services Salesforce data - running reports to identify out of compliance data and working with team members to clean up and correct
- Prepare revenue recognition data for finance team processing
- Create and process work orders for subcontracted work
- Run reports for weekly presentations into leadership
- Keep services product descriptions up to date in collaboration with Salesforce admin team

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Excellent at following defined processes
- Familiarity with professional services business processes
- Dedicated sense of ownership - commitment to quality of work
- 5+ years relevant work experience in business operations
- End-user level experience with SFDC is a strong plus, but training will be provided
