In a given day, a Showing Assistant would tour 10-15 properties on behalf of the Company. This role will be dedicated to the field on a daily basis.

  • Drive from home to home to tour properties

  • Operate lock box for home entry and exit

  • Represent the Company in a friendly and positive light to potential sellers

  • Track and report activity in Company systems

  • Use real estate knowledge to assess property condition and report back

What you’ll need to have:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • At least one year of professional work experience is required

  • Previous experience with single-family homes is preferred

  • Must have a current and valid driver's license

  • Must have a current real estate license in this state

  • Possesses excellent communication and people skills
