In a given day, a Showing Assistant would tour 10-15 properties on behalf of the Company. This role will be dedicated to the field on a daily basis.
Drive from home to home to tour properties
Operate lock box for home entry and exit
Represent the Company in a friendly and positive light to potential sellers
Track and report activity in Company systems
Use real estate knowledge to assess property condition and report back
What you’ll need to have:
HS Diploma or equivalent
At least one year of professional work experience is required
Previous experience with single-family homes is preferred
Must have a current and valid driver's license
Must have a current real estate license in this state
Possesses excellent communication and people skills
