In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all worker recruitment and placement efforts with your local market. Our ideal candidate will be motivated and success-driven, with some experience in recruiting and retaining quality employees.

What you’ll be doing:
- Executing a recruiting strategy to uncover the most-qualified candidates
- Acting as a “career coach” for field employees, guiding them through their journey with Workrise and proactively thinking about their next placement
- Conducting and scheduling interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Aggressive new employee recruitment, utilizing existing databases, cold calling, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.
- Executing processes to validate field employee skills and providing in-person support
- Assisting in executing and managing local field employee events
- Managing a database of current and past employees and candidates
- Collaborating with New Sales Coordinators and Account Managers in branch office to ensure field employees are assigned in the most time-efficient manner
- Applying policies and procedures to each employee professionally and proficiently
What you should have:
- Self-starter, team player, positive attitude and the ability to perform with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- First-rate interpersonal skills, to communicate effectively with field employees and team members
- Ability to develop and maintain positive field employee relationships
- Familiarity with recruiting using social media and other online platforms
- Exceptional organization with strong ability to prioritize competing interests
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, business development, sales or similar
- High School Diploma or GED required
Nice to have:
- Recruitment experience within the staffing industry
- Knowledgeable in the areas of Labor Law and General HR practices
