You have led multiple IT technical teams simultaneously. You have a passion for understanding business challenges and solving them leveraging data driven solutions. You love working with technology and embrace self-learning. You are able to work independently in a fast paced, ever changing environment. You have a proven ability to manage multiple work streams across a diverse business environment. You have experience with Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Data Lakes and integration architecture.

- Evangelized data governance, stewardship and a culture of data-driven decisions
- Utilized analytics to support data-driven decisions that helped a business partner achieve their goals

- Ensured that solutions meet compliance and security standards
- Researched the latest trends in data management and business intelligence
- Driven innovation on development of tools, reporting improvement and automation
- Created an organization, project and technology roadmap and tracked against it
- Provided coaching and mentorship for programmers, data analysts and administrators
- Worked with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure the success of strategic initiatives
- Participated in sprint planning for the next phase on an Agile project
- Develop your teams to ensure we have the right skills and an organizational roadmap that will meet the ever-growing demands of a high growth company
- Worked with your team to provide input to solutions and architecture
- Developed KPIs and measures of success
- Developed SLAs and a response model
- Worked across stakeholders to ensure the right priorities are met
- Provided leadership and subject matter expertise in the evaluation, design, planning and deployment of emerging solutions to drive exceptional experiences and increased productivity and growth
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred
- 10 + years progressive IT experience in a data and analytics role with 5 years leading and managing technical data and analytics teams
- Experience with Snowflake, Informatica, Boomi, SQL Server and Power BI are preferred
- Understanding of implementations and best practices for Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Visualization and integration patterns and systems and software
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, data streaming and data mining
- Experience selecting, planning, implementing and operating SaaS applications and platforms
- Experience in optimizing, running and supporting critical operational data systems
- Experience creating multi-year technology and organizational roadmaps in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to plan and execute effective best-in-class strategies that impact business growth, expense reductions and improved productivity
- Ability to communicate complex information to both non-technical business stakeholders as well as highly technical engineers
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects across multiple functional areas
