Sr. Director Strategic Solutions
Q2 is looking to hire a Sr. Director, for our Strategic Solutions good. Strategic Solutions would cover both Solutions Consulting and Strategic Solutions (off-platform sales to BaaS and Fintech Market). Primarily be responsible for all aspects of Solutions Consulting.
- Work closely with all functional areas of the business to insure expectations are well understood and approved within BaaS
- Continuously follow up the quality performance of products and put forward suggestions for technical improvements.
- Responsible for the output of technical documents, including configuration scheme, implementation scheme, trouble-shooting manual, etc.
- Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
- Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 15 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 12+ years of experience; or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Typically requires 7+ years managing and developing employees.
- You bring excellent quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills and an ability to translate metrics, research and trends into viable strategies
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate issues and influence others, including experience communicating complex information to senior leaders
- You see the 'big picture' and to effectively prioritize and drive multiple projects
- You are a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- You are a team player who actively promotes & encourages diversity of thought
