Who We Are:
Invicti, a global leader in web security, is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager Revenue Operations to join our international team. As a Sr. Manager Revenue Operations, you will enable Invicti to grow and scale by partnering with the Revenue team and other business units to support our systems and reporting needs.
This role is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools.
What You'll Do:
Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce and other software programs
Provide models and organize statistical studies for the Sales Department
Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the Sales organization, as well as hand-off processes from SDR to Account Executives to Implementation/Onboarding
Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators
Manage and maintain sales process adherence with Sales Representatives
Partner with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
Assist the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection
Prepare Quarterly Business Review presentations
Create and maintain Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
5+ years of relevant experience; strategy and operations experience is a plus
Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to partner with stakeholders from various parts of the business ecosytem
Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision
Heavily results-oriented; strong track record in meeting and/or exceeding targets. Degree or
Proficiency with Salesforce
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
A result and success oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
