The Systems Analyst position for Commerce and Growth takes responsibility for ensuring that our subscription system is optimally managed, payment processor integrations are closely monitored, and multistage messaging campaigns have the right support.


What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day management and monitoring of the Evernote subscription processing system and integrations with payment processing partners
  • Answer questions and provide guidance and solutions to stakeholders across the company with respect to the execution of campaigns, subscription changes, payment processing, and customer messaging
  • Work across the product, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to deliver complete solutions to our customers
  • Interact directly with vendors for our payment, subscription and messaging systems
  • Learn and understand the business operations workflows in the company and be able to execute and drive those workflows to successful completion
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to understand and interpret data independently
  • Be a focal point within the company to drive successful processes with our customers’ best experience in mind


What You've Done

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Systems Analyst for a major subscription / finance enterprise software tool (ex: Zuora, Oracle, SAP, Recurly, NetSuite, Chargify)
  • Comfort with learning new technical tools and using SQL to dive into data
  • Strong focus on personal responsibility in completing deliverables
  • Demonstrated success in defining and executing projects
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Technical background, with experience in business intelligence, marketing, or financial systems
