Who You Are

You are an ediscovery pro, and may hold an ediscovery certification, with deep EDRM wisdom to share. You love teaching, are skilled at breaking complex concepts down into a logical sequence of teachable nuggets, and exude professionalism while nimbly assessing what’s needed and pivoting in a live interaction. You’re comfortable facilitating anything to anyone, including leading interactive Zoom webinars, face to face classes (eventually, post covid-19), and recording engaging videos that make people want to come back and learn more.

  • BA, BS, or equivalent required
  • 8+ years’ experience in ediscovery, legal review, and legal technology
  • Knowledge of standard industry tools, including: DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate, iConnect, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a wide range of audiences, including: senior level attorneys, litigation support specialists, technologists, and executives

Even Better If You Have…

It’s a bonus if you also like to develop content on your own, but not a requirement (we've got a team who loves to do that). Super bonus if you are already an expert with DISCO Ediscovery! If not, no worries! You'll be part of an experienced enablement team who are experts with onboarding and ramping talent.

  • 1+ years’ experience delivering training in a professional learning environment
