About the Opportunity

Searching for your next challenge? We are looking for a Temp-to-Hire Dispatcher. This position reports to the Dispatch Manager and is a remote (work from home) position. This position requires some flexibility to work overnight and weekends, as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch delivery in assigned markets with maximum efficiency given driver schedules, customer needs and service level due times.

• Facilitate order assignment and oversight through our proprietary online dispatch system.

• Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers and customer service representatives.

• Be available to work assigned shift work, with the flexibility to work through shift changes as needed including early and late shifts, and weekends.

• Achieve on time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all markets assigned.

• Provide positive, ongoing feedback to General Managers and City Managers regarding driver supply needs and performance of specific drivers.

• Demonstrate expertise in the markets assigned, including a full comprehensive knowledge of clients, drivers, and specific needs of the market.
