Summary
The Las Vegas Integration Center (LVIC) is responsible for building and distributing the best in industry Electronic Gaming Machines. Whether we're designing sleek new cabinets, premium game content or award-winning systems, we apply fresh thinking and creativity to deliver the world's greatest gaming experience, every day. We are currently looking for a highly skilled trainer to train our production employees in building EGMs in the LVIC. This position may need to work on weekends or in evening shifts occasionally.
What You'll Do

  • Training and Teaching Others- Identifying the educational needs of others, and develop formal educational training programs or classes, and train others to company standards.
  • InformationGathering - Observing, receiving and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources (frontline employees, team leads, supervisors and managers) regarding staff growth and development plan.
  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Thinking Creatively- Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions and courseware.
  • Coordinate training activities.
  • Maintain job skill matrix on all assigned employees
  • Train personnel to enhance job skills.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Training, English or Equivalent job experience
  • Education and Training- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
  • Must have experience working with casino electronic gaming machines
  • Must have basic administrative skills
  • Must have experience using MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Microsoft Dynamics (D365) experience a plus
  • Excellent English speaking skills with an ability to translate technical language into language suitable for the targeted audience.
  • Minimum of two-to-five years of experience in analyzing and developing technical training.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized.
