RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct training courses for customers and employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products
- Continue the development of knowledge-based documentation
- Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses
- Prepares agendas and sets expectations for training sessions
- Works with Development, Implementations, Product, and Support to ensure that course material reflects current product features
- Instructs participants in both web and in person sessions and follows up to determine applicability of course materials
- Will assist in designing and developing computer-based training curriculum for internal and external customer base
- Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
- Ensures that training courses address all levels of customers in the use of company products/services
- Designs course outlines, identifying supporting technical documentation and developing training exercises (homework) and trainer notes
- Assesses needs for future course development
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in either software training, course development, course delivery, or the financial industry
- Has basic technological skillset typically considered intermediate experience in basic Microsoft Office applications
- Has some understanding of the products and the training process
- Possesses self-management, time management, and solid communication skills
- Able to identify areas of opportunity within the realm of training and support the training initiatives
- Able to manage multiple priorities and perform administrative tasks to support the department
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have some experience understanding software in a hosted solutions environment
- Will interact with all internal departments on occasion for assisting in scheduling internal product training
- Able to travel at least 70% of the time
