Vendor Operations Coordinator
Role Description
As the Vendor Operations Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for owning all operational components for our outsourced vendor sales team. This includes managing and evaluating all tools the team needs for success, streamlining all vendor processes, and operational reporting for our core inbound and outbound businesses - forecasting, reporting and deep diving on how our business runs. This role will allow you to have a big, meaningful impact on the relationship with our outsourced sales vendors and the growth of the SMB business as a whole.
You’ll primarily work by developing, launching and running new programs with our partners as well as working cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes and tool implementations.
Responsibilities
- You'll manage all tools used by the SMB sales team, including both our internal and vendor teams
- You'll diagnose issues and fixes with our internal tools to optimize rep productivity
- You will refine our vendor processes, including onboarding and offboarding of external hires
- You'll act as the liaison between internal teams and our vendors for all things tools or process related
- You'll communicate findings and improvements to the larger vendor and SMB teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of operational excellence, preferably in tech
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious targets in specific timelines
- Excellent excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to quickly learn new tools and applications
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce a plus
- Fluency in English
- BA or BS degree
- Eligibility to work in the US
