As our Visibility Tool Specialist at Arrive, you will be managing auto-tracking initiatives, both internally with our teammates and externally with our client partnerships. You will take ownership of our visibility execution and collaborate with our Visibility Project Manager to ensure we’re maximizing the impact of the role. 

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with our Visibility Project Manager, Accelerate Development team and Arrive Carrier Edge team on any technical issues or opportunities with our client partners.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with visibility tool platforms.
  • Support our Business Development team with customer scorecard management and scrubbing with regards to auto-tracking compliance. 
  • Educate our carrier and Business Development Reps on compliance, execution, and exception management as it relates to visibility initiatives. 
  • Assist in increasing the percentage of Arrive Logistics' shipments that are tracked via a visibility tool, with a heavy focus on those customers that demand visibility tool services.
  • Assist our carrier reps and managers with carrier sign-ups and carrier education, with an explicit focus on core carriers. 
  • Assist in building internal processes.
  • Gain expertise in MacroPoint, Project44 and FourKites visibility tool platforms.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1+ years experience at a 3PL 
  • Previous experience with visibility tool platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other team members to achieve results

Building future success through a hands-on approach
When it comes to Seiji Osawa’s journey at Arrive, one factor has continuously fueled his growth: transparency. “At every point in my career, I was given the opportunity to expand my comfort zone and innovate new initiatives,” he said. By learning from his manager what it meant to build client relationships through boots-on-the-ground fundamentals, Osawa has been able to teach those same essential hands-on skills as he has risen through the ranks. “That is why I am in the seat I am today, to build a framework for teams that can elevate Arrive to its next billion, and beyond!”

Charting the course to innovation
Ashley Menger is working on building a journey map of all of the people, software and business processes from lead generation to payment. “It’s a map I wish I had when I started — I slowly gained this information over time, but needed a way to pass it on to my team,” she said. Being able to better identify efficiencies in their data grants her department the additional time to host an annual Hack Week, where employees stop all sprint work and tackle projects that will impact workflow. “The more we know about current and future strategy, the more our designs can deliver in the present.”

We support a shadowing program where any designer can spend an hour per week with someone in our logistics operations, watching how they use the software and learning more about their daily tasks.
