Reporting to the US General Manager, the VP of Network Partnerships is a vital member of the US management team and is responsible for building partnerships with providers in the communities that Babylon serves.  

Babylon’s virtual-first primary and behavioral healthcare model requires the creation of partnerships with existing providers of in-person and complex care to ensure that our patients get a seamless, integrated experience that meets all of their health needs. This role requires an individual who holds advanced knowledge of trends in digital health and value based care, and someone who seeks to disrupt the traditional model of integrated healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to help Babylon build the world’s first health system integrated along a virtual-first platform.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Lead in the development of the comprehensive Network Partnership strategy for Babylon’s entire US Operations market.
• Assemble and train a team that will identify, source, monitor and manage connections to in-market providers of needed services for Babylon’s patients (e.g. labs, imaging, procedures, specialty referrals).
• Work with Clinical leadership to continuously prioritize partnership needs across types of services and geographies.
• Represent Babylon in all clinical partnership discussions, conveying our mission, vision and values to prospective partners. Manage all aspects of the partnership life cycle, including pipeline development and management.
• Conducts satisfactory negotiation of clinical, operational, and financial SLAs between Babylon and partners to ensure strong and durable partnerships are formed.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for partners and enable effective two-way flow of information and proactive resolution of issues
• Leverage Babylon’s technology platform and global risk arrangements to drive innovation in healthcare delivery through a partnership model, inclusive of working with best-in-class providers of healthcare solutions that complement Babylon’s native services.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years of experience in developing network partnerships 
• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience with proven success in achieving and surpassing key performance metrics
• Ability to motivate and engage staff and network partners, building trust and consensus, and appropriately delegating and empowering those individuals
• Demonstrated financial acumen and can manage the budget and P&L
• Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-departmental collaboration
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience with digit first primary care services and/or telemedicine preferred
