Workrise is hiring a Central Ops Sr Associate that will be responsible for getting qualified candidates ready for placement on client projects. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has excellent time management, attention to detail, and is customer obsessed.

- Confirm candidate information
- Delegate candidates into Workrise funnels
- Sort target candidates for pre-screening
- Conduct pre-screening
- Qualify workers for handoff to local personnel
- Recruiting and/or sales experience preferred
- * Bachelor's degree preferred
- * Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; phone and customer service skills
- * Effective employee relations
- * Excellent organizational skills
- * Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- * Bilingual - English and Spanish
