What You'll Do:
As a day porter for LogicMonitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly and fully stocked workspace at all times. We have 2 full kitchens with up to 300 people in the office at various times. The day porter will take direction from 3 team members, so ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests is essential. Many employees will request various items but its imperative that you check in with your managers prior to full-filling any requests but ensure employees are satisfied and cared for while working in the office.

- COVID-19 Cleaning Protocols
- Remain socially distant from others at all times (at least 6 feet apart).
- Wear a N95 mask at all times.
- Thoroughly clean all high touch points several times throughout the day (table surfaces, chair handles, elevator buttons, appliance handles, etc)
- Stock Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Stations
- Air filtration maintenance (turn on and off everyday)
- Hotel Desk System
- Wipe down 100+ desks each night (or early AM) to reset each desk station (as employees will share desks throughout the week).
- Kitchen & All Hands Meeting area
- Restock snacks, drinks and other kitchen supplies to keep the kitchen area full stocked at all times.
- Snack and office supply inventory.
- Run daily cleaning cycle for coffee machines.
- Clean and manage dishwasher multiple times throughout the day
- Clean all high touch surfaces multiple times a day.
- Receive, setup and cleanup catered meals.
- Empty composting from multiple trash cans bins into larger bin for pickup.
- Alert Workplace Experience (WE) Team when any stock is low.
- Maintain and organize storage room.
- Conference Rooms
- Wipe down conference room tables / chairs
- Make sure conference rooms are kept tidy at all times (chairs pushed in, trash picked up, tables wiped down)
- Stock with office supplies: Disinfectant wipes, Hand Sanitizer, + Facial Tissues
- Common Areas
- Wipe down sink area, coffee maker, kegerator
- Keep fitness supplies organized, pillows at soft seating areas arranged
- Throw away any trash
- Report any appliance issues/breakdowns, or other facility issues to WE team promptly.
- Work with building personnel and some vendors to show where issues are located in the office.
- Receive packages and notify WE team of arrival.
- Assist with various in-office events (setup, cleanup).
- Lift and move heavy packages as needed.
- May require using your car to pick up/delivery various last min items (for events).
- COVID-19 Cleaning Protocols
- Austin residency
- 2-3 years experience in cleaning a professional office environment
- Ability to work outside normal business hours. Ideally 6am - 3pm or 10am - 7pm (includes 1 hour lunch break)
- Handyperson experience a plus!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Drivers License
