Our Client Relations Specialists help our clients make memories by going above and beyond their expectations while working closely with our in-house sales team and outside vendors.

This part-time position located in Austin, Texas, requires the ability to work Sunday 8am-6pm, along with some daytime and evening shifts during the week.

How you'll make a difference:

• Be one of the face of TicketCity to our customers and sellers
• Provide exceptional service to our clients, in-house team and outside vendors
• Oversee all orders placed through the TicketCity website and troubleshoot any issues
• Engage our clients via inbound phone calls, email, live chat, and social media channels
• Support inbound sales calls and the sales staff to ensure our clients go to their favorite events
• Provide insight that develops projects related to our website, marketing efforts, and client retention initiatives
