What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pigment Specialist to join our team. This role is the cornerstone of our integrated business planning function. You will be the in-house subject matter expert on the Pigment platform, responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and scaling our financial and operational models.

You will work cross-functionally with leaders in Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product to translate complex business requirements into scalable operational models within Pigment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in Pigment, a strong understanding of FP&A and SaaS business models, and a builder's mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Ownership & Administration: Serve as the primary system administrator for the Pigment platform, managing all aspects of the environment, including user access, security, data integrations, and system performance.
  • Model Building & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated, interconnected models in Pigment for financial planning (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow), headcount planning, sales capacity and quota planning, marketing spend allocation, and long-range forecasting.
  • Data Integration & Management: Configure and manage data flows into Pigment from source systems such as our data warehouse, CRM, HRIS, and General Ledger, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop intuitive and insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive leadership and department heads to track KPIs, analyze performance, and support real-time decision-making.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, understand their planning challenges, and deliver solutions that provide value and drive operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement & Enablement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our planning processes and leverage Pigment's full capabilities. You will be responsible for user training, creating documentation, and promoting best practices across the company.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to business users, troubleshoot issues, and manage the release cycle for enhancements and updates to our Pigment models.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and administering business planning solutions in Pigment.
  • Proven expertise in multidimensional modeling, data integration, and dashboard creation within the Pigment platform.
  • Strong understanding of core FP&A concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business logic into a structured data model.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

  • Pigment certifications
  • Experience with other EPM/BPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive Insights).
  • Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and business intelligence tools
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other data manipulation languages.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
