This role involves owning product execution from definition to launch, collaborating with the CEO and CTO, and building effective processes while leveraging AI tools to enhance product quality.
We are looking for a rockstar 0→1 Product Manager to work directly with the CEO and CTO to help shape, ship, and scale a new generation of AI-driven products. This role is highly influential—owning roadmap definition, execution, and the operating cadence that turns strategy into shipped software.
This is not a maintenance PM role. You will operate in ambiguity, create structure where none exists, and push product from concept to production at high velocity.
What You’ll Do- Own end-to-end product execution from problem definition to launch
- Partner directly with the CEO and CTO on roadmap priorities and sequencing
- Translate strategy into clear requirements, workflows, and delivery plans
- Build lightweight but durable product processes (planning, discovery, execution)
- Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and operations
- Use AI tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery
- Continuously improve speed, clarity, and product quality
Requirements
- 8+ years of product and / or operations experience
- Experience working directly with founders or executive teams
- Background in B2B SaaS, platforms, or operationally complex products
- Ability to turn complex operations into simple solutions.
- Proven 0→1 product experience (early-stage startup, new product, or greenfield initiatives)
- Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
- Ability to turn complex operations into simple solutions.
- Familiarity with modern AI-driven tech stacks and tooling
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment
