Tens of millions of Americans today are unbanked or underbanked, meaning they don’t have enough money in savings to cover a minor emergency. They pay too much in fees, don’t have access to credit at affordable rates, and have little ability to grow their wealth. OnePay’s vision is to create a single app for consumers to save, spend, borrow, and grow their money, bringing our mission to life with simple and accessible banking, credit, and payments products that deliver a best-in-class experience to millions of customers. Our products include:

  • Checking and high-yield savings accounts

  • Domestic and international peer-to-peer payments

  • Credit Builder and credit score monitoring

  • Digital wallet / contactless payment solutions

  • Credit card program

  • Buy-now-pay-later installment loans at Walmart

  • Prepaid mobile service

Why do we have a right to win? We have the backing of Walmart (a Fortune 1) and Ribbit Capital (a preeminent fintech investor), are deeply embedded with the distribution of the world’s largest omnichannel retailer, and have an industry-leading multi-product value proposition — all in addition to having some of the best people and talent in the industry.

There’s never been a better time to build a category-defining business and there has rarely been a team better positioned for the opportunity. Join us!

The Role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join our One@Work (Earned Wage Access) team and help lead marketing efforts across lifecycle, cross-sell, and product launches. This role is focused on building and scaling high-impact marketing strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and growth within ONE@Work and seamlessly connect those users to the broader OnePay ecosystem, and drive strategy and execution for key communications that impact millions of customers. Experience in early wage access is helpful but not required—we’re looking for a sharp, autonomous PMM who can drive outcomes, navigate complexity, and get things done!

  • Design and execute multi-channel engagement campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.) that activate and retain users throughout their lifecycle journey

  • Develop and execute cross-sell strategies across our EWA, credit, and lending products

  • Partner with product, engineering, design, compliance, and marketing ops to launch and scale communications

  • Define communication strategy and manage execution for key initiatives, including product launches and promotional campaigns

  • Work closely with external partners (e.g., Walmart) to align on marketing placements and drive adoption

  • Analyze messaging performance and refine the communications framework to continually improve effectiveness and impact across customer touchpoints

  • Deeply understand the customer journey and identify friction points and opportunities for value reinforcement

  • Own the content and messaging strategies across lifecycle stages, aligning to brand voice and business objectives

  • Track and report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness, regularly sharing performance updates and next-step recommendations

You Bring
  • 4-7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in finance, fintech, or financial services

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting

  • Proven experience developing and executing A/B tests, experiments, and iteration roadmaps

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; you’ve worked closely with Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, and Ops teams.

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, comfortable owning big ideas and rolling up your sleeves to execute

  • Ability to operate in the gray. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions without perfect information, and adapting quickly as strategies evolve

  • You bring structure to open-ended problems and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift

  • A bias for action, a growth mindset, and a deep passion for improving the customer experience

  • Experience with reporting tools and SQL (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude) and translating data into recommendations

  • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor

What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1

  • 401(k) plan with company match

  • Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth

  • A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

Standard Interview Process
  • Initial Interview with Talent Partner

  • Technical or Hiring Manager Interview

  • Team Interview

  • Executive Interview

  • Offer!
