We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Operations to join our team for this hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA; Austin, TX; or St. Petersburg, FL office.
Job Summary
Imprivata is seeking an experience d Product Marketer to lead the development and standardization of our portfolio wide product marketing operations . The right candidate for this role will have deep experience living a traditional product marketing role, expert level knowledge of product marketing processes and best practices, and a passion for developing and driving process and operations.
Th is role will not support any specific product line at Imprivata, but instead will coordinate closely with the PMMs, the VP of PMM and cross functional stakeholders including sales, marketing, product management and executives, to define and launch standard PMM processes . Additionally, this role will support key cross product projects and processes that the PMM team supports such as sales training , launch calendar management, quarterly reporting and more.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developmen t , implementation and support of Market Intelligence processes including win/loss analysis, competitive research and industry trends and news
  • Devel opment, implementation and support of Go-to-Market strategy frameworks and processes including buyer personas, buyers journeys, positioning frameworks, strategy frameworks , product launch processes
  • Development, implementation and support of Organizational Enablement frameworks and processes including sales training, battlecard templates , and roadmap updates
  • Development, implementation and support of content development processes including reporting on asset performance, and development of standard templates for certain assets
  • Team Coordination including:
    • Managing schedules and due dates in support of various company processes and projects
    • Developing and maintaining knowledge sharing and PMM educational frameworks
    • Development of knowledge management structure across PMMs
  • Project Level Support
    • Collaboration and support of other PMMs on a project by project basis , where additional resources are needed ( e.g. major product launch support, full product repositioning support, etc.)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, computer science, or engineering required
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related function for technology driven solutions
  • Experience in a related industry category such as Privileged Access Management, Zero Trust Remote Access, or Remote Monitoring & Management is strongly desired
  • Strong team player possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from verbal and written information
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Highspot (or similar content management system), and MSFT Teams (or similar collaboration tools) strongly desired
  • Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Must possess proven matrixed collaboration and time management skills
  • Up to 25% travel required


This position offers a total compensation range of $111,000.00 to $140,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
