About Scorability:

Scorability is passionate about improving the lives of college coaches through a more efficient and successful athlete recruiting process. Coaches at every level in every sport use our world-class software to discover, evaluate, and recruit the right players for their program. Prospective student athletes benefit from a more direct and transparent recruiting process—one led by interested college coaches who can actually recruit them—helping the athletes avoid wasted effort and money on unnecessary services.

The Role:

Scorability is the college athletics recruiting marketplace—athletes get discovered, club and high school coaches help their athletes get recruited, and college coaches find the right players for their programs. As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how each of these audiences understands, experiences, and adopts our products. You’ll be the voice of the customer inside our walls and the voice of Scorability in the market, owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that connect product innovation to real customer value.

What you’ll do:

  • Own positioning and messaging for our three customer profiles—making Scorability’s value clear, distinct, and compelling for each.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features, partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and revenue impact.
  • Create sales enablement materials—one-pagers, decks, case studies, playbooks—that help our sales and customer success teams win and retain customers.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics, then turn insights into strategy that informs both product roadmap and marketing.
  • Develop and manage content for campaigns, landing pages, and events that connect product features to customer outcomes.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing efforts to continually refine messaging and GTM execution.
  • Use customer insights and internal feedback to craft messaging that drives engagement, boosts conversions, and fuels sales wins
  • Partner with sales and customer success to tackle objections and equip the team with top-notch resources—demos, webinars, customer case studies, and more
  • Set clear KPIs, track results, and use data to optimize every stage of the funnel

Experience we’re seeking:

  • 4–6 years in Product Marketing at SaaS or tech company—experience in fast-growing B2B and/or D2C environments a big plus with both preferred
  • Master storyteller who can turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate
  • Proven ability to craft positioning and messaging for multiple customer personas.
  • Track record of leading successful go-to-market launches and driving adoption.
  • Experience creating sales enablement tools and customer-facing collateral.
  • Strong market research and competitive analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration skills—you thrive at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator who can simplify complex products into compelling stories.
  • Portfolio or examples that showcase your work and range

  • Stock options: become a shareholder and participate in the value we create together
  • Flexible Time Off + generous holidays off for a good quality of life
  • Health benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision — 100% paid for employees
  • Give back: opportunities to serve through our Community Service Program
