We're looking for a Product Designer to join Flywheel's product team! "We believe design matters" is one of our core values, and we're looking for the right person to help bring our love for design and whimsical approach to work even further into everything we do.

Design at Flywheel starts with our customers, and our process extends throughout all phases of product conception and development. Our collaborative design team is obsessed with making complex processes simple. Day to day you'll work with an empowered agile team to help our customers (freelancers and agencies) do their best work.

• Has designed and shipped successful digital products
• Understands HTML/CSS/JS or how design and code work together
• Has experience on or working with a distributed team
• Is familiar with WordPress

This role will be responsible for…

• Designing tools for our customers to build, launch, and scale their WordPress sites and businesses
• Getting to know our customers and using research to drive design decisions through interviewing and prototyping
• Collaborating with Design, Product, Engineering teams, and other departments to ship polished products in an agile environment
• Working within our established brand guidelines while pushing forward our design language and system
