We recently closed a Series A round to actively fill various internal departments from the ground up. As part of this expansion, we’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who can lead and support various cross-functional initiatives in the company. This role will become one of the cornerstones of our product team to drive stakeholder-led projects that have been triaged forward.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Work with the product team to triage and prioritize features, functions, and user experiences that members, sales, marketing, and investors have documented.
• Distill this feedback from stakeholders into objectives and actionable plans.
• Diagram logic processes and define user experience requirements for these projects.
• Work with UI/UX team to create wireframes and complete designs.
• Communicate and present solutions directly with stakeholders to obtain feedback and refine the scope of projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create project blueprints to deliver to engineering.
• Create actionable plans for engineering using Jira Epics & Stories.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to effectively drive the product roadmap and your project vision.
• Become a domain expert: Understand the market and the competitive landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Product Management experience with technology platforms
• An affinity for improving user experiences
• Understanding of Atlassian products such as Confluence & Jira
• A strong desire to make an impact and grow within an organization
• A strong understanding of APIs
• Technical competence
• Experience collaborating with and inspiring engineering teams with a focus on accelerating development velocity
• Crystal clear communication skills, driving consensus across functions and teams
