Chief Product Officer
Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup. We’re looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead our technology efforts to build an end-to-end vertical SaaS platform for real estate agents and brokers. You’re gifted at:
-Leading the development and execution of product strategy to drive high-growth scaling of SaaS businesses
-Team and Culture Building. At your core, you are a strong people manager, pairing exceptional leadership skills including the ability to develop, communicate and rally a team around a compelling vision
-Communicating up, down, across teams, with customers, and investors. Your communication prowess enables you to make things happen in service to LP
-Recruiting top talent to join you in the mission. You have a proven track record of success and people want to follow you to their next exciting opportunity
-Driving through data. You are deeply analytical and combine validating great instincts with data-driven decision-making
-Understanding technical complexities and working collaboratively to incorporate engineering considerations
You have:
-Demonstrated experience evolving a product org utilizing different levers such as re-orgs, hiring, building a high performance culture where “A Players” love to work
-Identifying and driving strategic product initiatives that have significant positive impact on NPS
-Proven success increasing average SaaS revenue per customer, understanding and working backwards from long-term strategic business plans
-Worked with executive team and board to grow a business in stride
-Successfully scaled product teams from 10-50+ people
-Held an executive role at a venture-backed Series B stage (or later) SaaS company

-The ability to understand customers qualitatively and quantitatively, through an obsession with providing products that customers love
-Exceptional Product Taste. You’ve built great products and understand the level of detail and quality required to delight customers
-Start-up hustle & teamwork
