TrustRadius is seeking a Director of Product Management - Community to join our growing team. Although we are based in Austin, Texas, this person can be located anywhere nationally with occasional travel to Austin as needed. You’ll need a minimum of 5+ years of Product Management experience, some of it managing others within that space.

What you’ll do…

• Engage with your community to build relationships, understand unmet needs, and become a trusted member of the community
• Manage metrics to drive performance
• Manage escalations resulting in a more positive community sentiment
• Drive the overall strategy vision and strategy for the community
• Hire and manage a team of Product Managers as we continue to grow
• Must have a long-term vision in mind when setting the standards and operations for today
