We are looking for a leader who is passionate about developing great experiences for customers and is knowledgeable about how to navigate and positively influence an organization cross functionally at a peer and executive level.
What you'll do...
As the Director of Product Management, you will bring your core product management expertise along with your networking, negotiations, strategy, team and business development skills together to lead the Tech Partnerships, Ecosystems and Remote Access function and team.
You will assess, manage and execute on Duo Security product partnership opportunities (including strategic partnerships, ecosystem partnerships and internal Cisco partnership opportunities), define a Product Partnership strategy, and work closely with Product and other stakeholders to drive critical partnerships that help grow and evolve our business. In addition to this, you will bring your core product management expertise and experience to manage a key product area of Remote Access.
You will be on the product team, but will be expected to drive the strategy end to end, from concept to marketing and GTM, working with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders.
You will be coaching and leading a team of Product Managers and Partner Product Managers with front-line responsibilities to craft strategies, deliver product, define and structure critical partnerships, negotiate agreements, and cultivate trusted relationships with partners.
You will be a thought leader in Duo's ecosystem, and if you really knock it out of the park you will make your mark on the industry defining Access Security.
Skills you have...
  • You have extensive experience in ecosystem and strategic partnerships, as a product management leader for products that exist in a complex ecosystem where vendors compete and partner at the same time.
  • You have a proven track record (5+ years experience) of leading a product team responsible for successfully delivering products, integrations and partnerships and are comfortable working on a strategic level with senior leadership and also on a tactical level with product teams.
  • You have extensive experience (10+ years) with product management for SaaS and prem software products.
  • You are comfortable leading high stakes strategic conversations and negotiations about strategies, features, APIs, commercial arrangements.
  • You're able to successfully obtain or give commitments to a solution or idea, while maintaining integrity and relationships.
  • You're able to build relationships, be persuasive and influential within and across immediate working groups while at the same time possessing the critical ability to listen and hear.
  • You have experience building ecosystems, creating scale through a large number of targeted integrations.
  • You have great communication skills and frameworks, which you use with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have consistently built, led and developed high performing teams. People you have managed went on to have amazing careers, powered by learnings, experiences and personal mentorship on your teams.
  • You're able to manage competing priorities while balancing the needs of customers to the needs of the long-term strategy.
  • We'd love for you to have Identity and Access management background you can bring to this position.

Early on, I thought that success in the security industry was attributed solely to people's ideas or intellect.
