What You'll Do:
The Director of Product Management is a leadership position, responsible for the delivery of the product roadmap and delighting customers. You will have an amazing team of passionate product managers and subject matter experts from across functions to build market-defining products.
You will be responsible for the continued growth of LogicMonitor’s core SaaS platform that’s deployed by a wide variety of enterprise customers across the globe to actively monitor their hybrid cloud deployments. This platform has thousands of integrations and is constantly evolving to meet enterprise IT needs.
To be successful at this role you will possess an ideal mix of technical skills related to Cloud technologies, networking, Agile development, and collaboration mindset to influence and motivate cross-functional teams with a goal to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Delivery of the product roadmap with strong customer satisfaction
- Management of the Product Management team in an inspirational manner that ensures their success
- Strong bilateral relations with other department leads (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance)
- Leadership in pushing and maintaining Agile development best practices
- Maintenance of KPIs used to measure product usage and customer satisfaction
- Lead and perform market research to identify opportunities and quantify the business case for new projects. Prioritize product initiatives focused on growth, usage, and revenue.
- Ensure product voice is represented at all customer events by regularly attending roadshows and presenting to customers
- Own A/B testing and experimentation: identify areas for improvements, drive engineering prototypes and early deployments for ideal product-market fit
- Evaluate complimentary products and partnership opportunities to fill gaps in the overall solution
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or equivalent in CS or related technical field; MBA Preferred
- 8-10+ years experience managing SaaS products in Hybrid Cloud management or equivalent enterprise IT systems management space (e.g. Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, etc.)
- 4+ years in a management or leadership position in a Product Management team
- Experience driving innovative solutions with strong user-experience design elements. Big data analytics experience preferred.
- Understanding of agile development processes and customer validation techniques
- Think beyond the current customer needs to develop competitive differentiation
- Ability to use analytical data about product usage to drive further product investment
