Position Overview:
Kendra Scott is seeking an E-commerce Product Owner who will support the development and execution of the e-commerce road map. Our ideal candidate is an empathetic, customer-centric self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prioritization: Work with leadership to develop and effectively prioritize the product backlog according to the e-commerce roadmap and strategic business initiatives.
• Execution: Write requirements are relevant and clear. Regularly interface with development team to ensure that everyone is clear on the expected user experience for new features and functionality being developed. Constantly monitor performance of digital new experiences to tweak and optimize as needed.
• Innovation: Identify and test new opportunities to deliver a high-functioning e-commerce experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with development, creative, UI/UX, merchandising and cross-functional team leaders to identify, build and measure features and functionality that meet business goals.
• Maintain customer-focus: Always consider the customer when making recommendations.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• 3+ years of experience defining requirements and driving a roadmap for an e-commerce business
• Experience managing a roadmap that coincides with 3rd party software
• Strong understanding of the teams and systems that support an e-commerce business
• Technically savvy individual who stays up with trends in the e-commerce industry
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with experience providing direction and context to remote development teams
• A solid grasp of Scrum Agile development lifecycle processes and artifacts
• Experience using analytics data in order to make data-informed product decisions that meet customer and business needs
• Comfortable developing and presenting product roadmaps to members at all levels of an organization
• User empathetic and compassionate individual that speaks for the person that is not in the room.
• Nice to have:
 Experience building and launching mobile solutions
 Experience with Goggle Analytics and Data Studio
 Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (a.k.a. Demandware)
