We are seeking an experienced Growth Product Manager at Golden Frog.

Responsibilities

• Focus on user acquisition strategies across web, native mobile and desktop applications to drive new revenue growth.
• Define and own new user conversion initiatives for roadmap.
• Own KPI’s for Conversion Rates for web and mobile channels.
• Make data driven decisions (focused on ROI) for payment methods. This will include updating API’s, user flows and adding new payment methods to support a Global customer base.
• Analysis of user insights, market research, competitor flows and non-industry best practices for user onboarding
• Partner with Revenue and Technology Organizations to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build relationships across our organization, stakeholder groups, and the executive team in order to successfully manage multiple complex projects

Qualifications

• You’ve worked a minimum of 5 years in product management across web and native mobile products. If you have additional experience in technology, financial analysis, or marketing that’s a plus.
• You’ve led multiple initiatives that have resulted in transformative growth.
• You have an organized and structured approach to managing project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies.
• You have good business sense and can see the big picture. You can see how impacting one lever in a complex marketplace affects many others.
• You’re good at inspiring and leading teams. You take the time to really understand individuals’ interests and sources of motivation.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft narratives that are easy for multiple audiences to consume
• You have solid experience in testing and conversion optimization including landing page optimization and multivariate tests.
• You have advanced skills using analytics tools (Google Analytics and Tableau).
• You’re comfortable operating at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment.
• You love open, honest, healthy communication. No time for politics.
