What You'll Do:
The Head of Product Operations is a leadership position within the R&D team responsible for ensuring superior operational delivery for product initiatives.
The position includes but is not limited to designing and operationalizing the end to end product development process defining how the product transitions from requirements to customers' environments. You will program manage multiple strategic cross-functional initiatives that include, but are not limited to, the following lifecycle activities: product requirements, product build, training, legal, marketing, commercialization/go-to-market activities, and client communication. The role also involves owning the product operational analytics function in understanding the usage of the product by its customers. The function includes heavy collaboration with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales with clearly defining the accountabilities and metrics at each juncture of the process.
Additional tasks include providing regular status reporting, product roadmap updates, supporting the change management process, assist with annual planning, and other responsibilities as assigned. This position will include interacting directly with Product Managers, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Legal, Sourcing, and LogicMonitor's cross functional teams in a Global environment.

- Ensure superior operational delivery for product initiatives.
- Focus on Planning, Launching and Reporting of the initiatives
- Build an efficient end-to-end product operation process and its playbook
- Build and measure product operation scorecard with well defined metrics
- Build on-going data analytics capabilities to accurately represent the health of the product through different planned and adhoc dimensions
- Build and measure an efficient cross-functional collaboration process and playbook
- Manage the product documentation function
- Oversee and ensure all status materials are compiled and completed in a timely fashion
- Document and distribute project and activity status on regular basis
- Provide data-driven input into Product Management, Engineering, Security, Evangelism, and Pricing functions
- Hold people accountable for not adhering to the process by proactively managing and escalating the gaps
- Own the operationalization and reporting of any new product capability - e.g. Pricing, New Features, etc.
- Run M&A integrations pertaining to R&D
What You'll Need:
- Proficient in building software development processes and playbooks
- Having run a Product Operation or Product Management processes before
- ITOM domain knowledge
- Ability to build and run an analytics function
- Understanding of the Lean Analytics process and ability to implement it in LogicMonitor
- Bachelors level knowledge of Computer Science and Mathematics disciplines
- Fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances of complex, technical product offerings.Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to
post-implementation customer support and customer adoption. - Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices.
- Proficient in one or more of the following tools
- Process Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Collaboration applications
- Analytics Tools: MS Excel, Looker, Snowflake, etc.
