The Implementation Manager will work dynamically across Liveoak’s client base to make our customers referenceable. You will work closely with our clients to discover their business needs and work collaboratively with them to use Liveoak to solve their challenges and dramatically reimagine their customer’s experience. You will work to train, troubleshoot, and support our large-scale enterprise deploys, helping push forward our largest and most important initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, relentlessly resourceful, and have a demonstrable technical aptitude and customer-oriented approach.
Your Role
We’re a fast-growing startup, and you’ll have an opportunity to interact with all parts of our organization. In this role you will:
Be the face of Liveoak in all customer-facing matters at global financial services companies
Help our clients reimagine their customer’s experience and generate excitement around using Liveoak to deliver game-changing improvements and streamlining business processes
Support client relationships from post-sales implementation to ongoing account management
Drive adoption and active usage within existing client base
Foster and contribute to the growing culture and structure of Liveoak
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on referenceability
Successfully deliver on multi-party, complex project management with multiple stakeholders from different business units
Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for the wider team
Work cross-functionally with Liveoak Senior Leadership to deliver a superb client experience
Partner closely with our product development team to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers
Lead onsite client trainings and coach customers to be product experts
Leverage data & analytics to target accounts for intervention and engagement
Create documentation and reference material for the benefit of Liveoak employees and our client base
Ability to communicate with and manage third party software partners who are integrated with Liveoak’s enterprise solution
Qualifications
3-5 years in a customer-facing role such as account management, customer success, or software implementation
Experience in Financial Services Enterprise SaaS
Experience in project management with strong organizational skills and ability to drive results
Experience implementing enterprise software solutions such as DocuSign, SalesForce, NetSuite, Workday etc.
Strong organizational skills with a consistent track record of high achievement in an autonomous, fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication style and attention to detail
Ability to contribute to building new processes and systems
Driven, dedicated teammate with creative ideas to inspire customer adoption
Technical aptitude: you should be very comfortable working across the full productivity stack: modern internet browsers, operating systems, and devices
Intellectual curiosity and self-starter attitude: you should have a strong desire to seek creative technical solutions to client problems and ensure using Liveoak is a delightful experience

Location
This role will be based in Austin, TX with regular travel expected onsite with clients.
